The Parkers met in high school and married in 1970. Karen graduated from St. Mary-of-the-Woods with a BS in Psychology (1976), and Doug from Indiana University with a Masters in Communications – Radio/ TV/ Film (1974). They have withstood the highs and lows of the sometimes unpredictable real estate industry. Since 1989 Karen has been working to bring the dream of homeownership to her clients. Doug, who has been licensed since 2002, worked for decades as a media professional in print media and television. With the merging of their varied talents, clients receive twice the attention with twice the dedication and twice the knowledge–“two for the price of one”.
The Parkers do all their own marketing from fact sheets to video. Doug films each house, personally taking a tour of the home the way a potential buyer would. Doug’s flair and knowledge of marketing enhances Karen’s professional experience. “No one knows your home better than we do, except you.”
By the way, The Parkers have built five new homes themselves, including ones in Hilliard and Hideaway Hills, so they know how to help you through what can sometimes seem an overwhelming process.
